Wrestling

Last year we started our towns first ever Youth Wrestling Club!  With an over whelming amount of youth wrestlers who signed up we plan on continueing this program this year for more sessions.

With the amazing success of this program we were able to go to the town and request funding for new wrestling mats.  With these mats we will no longer have to rely on the use of the high school mats. 

All Wrestling programs will be held at New Hingham Elementary school located in Chesterfiel.

Grades K- 6 are welcome to come and wrestle. 

No equipment is neccesary

Experience is not required

Practices will include warm up, games, techniques, rules & regulation, live wrestling and conditioning.

Instruction will be from Jim McSweeney of Chesterfield, father of 2 in the school, H.S. assist. wrestling coach & former collegiate wrestler.
